Geers' work Mille Regretz (fache amoureuse)was selected and performed at the 2013 Society for Electroacoustic Music in the United States conference in St. Paul, Minnesota, April 19, 2013. Performed by the University of Minnesota Singers, Matthew Mehaffey, conductor.

Geers' work Mille Regretz (fache amoureuse)was performed at the Fall 2012 International Electroacoustic Music Festival, Brooklyn College, New York City, November 6, 2012. Performed by Choral Chameleon;Vince Peterson, conductor.

Geers' work Innana's Descent was selected and performed by Ms. Izumi Okubo of the Center Henri Pousseur at the 2012 ISCM World Music Daysfestival, October 30, 2012 in Leuven, Belgium.

Geers' work Polk Pond was selected for three of the 2012 60x60 concert programs: The 2012 Environmental Mix, Presenters' Mix, and New York Minutes Mix. Many performances 2012-2013 (inquire for details).

Geers performed Improvisation on Themes from Inanna with violinist Maja Cerar at the ImproTech Festival, Columbia University, May 19.

Geers performed at the 80th birthday concert for Pauline Oliveros at Brooklyn College on April 26.

Geers hosted the first Symposium on Electroacoustic Music Performance at Brooklyn College on April 21.

Geers' chamber quintet-plus-computer work Tremor Transducer was performed at the 2012 SEAMUS national conference, Appleton, Wisconsin, February 9.

2011:
Geers' work Innana's Descent has been selected for inclusion on the CD Music from SEAMUS 2011, to be released in spring 2012.

Geers' composition Quiet Town Will was selected for the 2011 60x60 International Mix, to be performed on concerts worldwide.


New York-based choir Choral Chameleon premiered a new work by Geers, Mille Regretz (fache amoureuse) on Sunday, May 22, 5pm, at the Fourth Universalist Society, 160 Central Park West at 76th Street, New York City, as part of their concert "The Choir...Electric!"

Geers' chamber quartet Tight Tie Size Try is available on Zeitgeist's new CD, Here and Now (Innova Recordings).

Geers' work Inanna's Descent was performed on January 22 at the 2011 Society of Electroacoustic Music in the United States (SEAMUS) conference, in Miami, Florida.

Geers' composition Tight Tie Size Try was performed by the Zeitgeist new music ensemble on their Here and Now concerts, January 6 and 8 at Studio Z,
